Shipping
Every order ships from our camp HQ within 5–7 days of checkout. You’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your hat heads down the trail.
U.S. shipping: $5 flat rate, or free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Delivery takes about 3–7 business days after your order ships.
International shipping: We currently ship to the U.S. only. If you’re camped out beyond the border, email howdy@camp-rally.com with any questions.
Returns
Not feeling the vibe? You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back for a refund.
To be eligible, hats must be unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, and — yes — still smelling like the camp store rather than the campfire. Email howdy@camp-rally.com with your order number, and we’ll send you return instructions.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping charges aren’t refundable; return shipping is on you unless your hat arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.
